You couldn’t dream up a more amazing property listing than the one I’ve found in Burford, a small village in Oxfordshire.

Seriously, I want to immediately cut out these pictures and add them to my vision board. This property is such a great one to kick off Pub & Property because it encapsulates so many things that I love about the British countryside: the worn-in study, an overflowing garden, a spacious and warm kitchen, and so much charm.

The Location

The village of Fulbrook, known for its 12th-century church and celebrated pub, The Carpenters Arms, is a gateway to the Cotswolds’ finest.

The Carpenter’s Arms is a quintessential 17th-century pub that exudes warmth and history.
